  3. Non-refundable products:
     
    • Digital products that have already been downloaded or activated.
    • Gift cards.
    • Services fully performed before the request.

  • Reason for the request

We commit to responding within 10 business days.

4) Refund Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
